Interesting game!

I didnt thought strategy game could be like this, using cards and etc. Overall I think this is a great game for players who like strategy.

Here is my ideas for improvement:

- tutorial is not good enough to introduce basic concepts of the game. I didnt know what to do in the beginning of game.
- neutral countries should exist. I mean when I were ottoman I have left my regions without troops where it borders neutral regions. Historically if neutral country is Greece, they will try to invade ottomans when they see a chance.
